Product description

With this complete 5-piece set for installing concealed hinges, furniture assembly will be a successful project. The set contains two drilling templates, a Forstner drill bit Ø 26 mm, a centering drill bit Ø 2.5 mm and a wood twist drill bit Ø 5 mm. In just a few steps, all drilling positions and edge distances are correctly determined, centered, drilled and pre-drilled so that the hinge can then be screwed in precisely.
The two drilling templates with integrated stop can be easily clamped between the door and the body and help you align these elements parallel to each other. Thanks to the markings in the template, it also ensures that you determine the markings and drilling positions for installing the Ø 26 mm concealed hinge at the correct distance from the outer edge.
With the included centering drill bit (Ø 2.5 mm) and the Forstner drill bit, you can drill the hole for the hinge cup to the right size. For a clean, splinter-free final screw connection, pre-drill the screw holes with the wood drill bit (Ø 5 mm). This ensures that the Ø 26 mm concealed hinge is correctly mounted. Finally, store the parts in the high-quality two-component box for tidy storage or safe transport to the next place of use.
