You will receive the ordered goods within 1-3 business days from the date the dispatch is confirmed. During peak shopping periods and sale periods, delivery may take longer. 

WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND PARCELS WITH COD PAYMENT ON DELIVERY.

Orders sent via Easybox through Sameday are only held in the Easybox for 36 hours, after which they are returned to us.

The shipping fee is displayed at checkout, depending on the selected courier, and for orders over 500 LEI, delivery is free.

Delivery is carried out to home addresses or other addresses within Romania. 

After the order is delivered and the courier collects the cash payment for the products you ordered, you will receive the corresponding invoice in electronic format at your email address.

DETAILS REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF RETURN (withdrawal)

A return can also be requested from the customer account.

In accordance with the current legal provisions, the right of return may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the product ordered on Lussio.ro. Our website guarantees that it will refund the value of any items, provided that they have been kept in appropriate condition before return.b>

Therefore, if you decide to return a product, do not use it! You cannot use the products you have received before making a decision regarding the cancellation of the sales contract. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the product as you would in a store, not to provide you with 14 days of free use (in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point 47)

Products that do not meet your requirements must be shipped IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED, to the following address:

If the products arrive damaged, show visible signs of use, or the original packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to withhold a certain amount from the order value so that we can resell the product at a reduced price as a resealed item.

We are unable to collect parcels with cash on delivery.

Products will be shipped in their original condition, without being damaged or used, and a return may be made only once for a product under the conditions of Art. 4, para. 1, lit. b) of O.G. 130/2000.

The return will be refused for products that have stickers from the courier, adhesive tape, or any other material that will damage the product (box, packaging, etc.) attached to the original packaging. 

Therefore, please notify us if you have made a return. The value of the ordered product will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the correct information regarding the return. If we do not receive this information, the amount will be refunded within 14 days of us collecting the returned products.

Please respect the time limit provided for returning the products. The value of the returned products will be refunded by bank transfer. New products ordered will be shipped with cash on delivery.

Please keep the proof of dispatch of the returned parcel until the review process of any complaint is completed, and in the case of returned goods, until the refund is issued.

If you wish to return a parcel, you must do so through a courier company. The courier fee will be refunded to you only under the following conditions: if the received product is damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered. If the product does not meet your expectations or the size is incorrect, this fee will not be refunded.
